About the Historic World Knowledge Bank®, A Virtual Democratic Country

HOW IS THE WORLD KNOWLEDGE BANK® DIFFERENT FROM PUBLIC LIBRARIES?

Public libraries are the natural partner of the World Knowledge Bank® because the WKBank offers public libraries access to a kind of knowledge and knowledge sources unavailable before. By offering individual’s the ability to elect to receive revenues for what they know the WKBank does something that libraries might what to do but cannot do. Public libraries do, however, provide no charge Internet and computer resources so that any one has access to WKBank’s services. Public libraries can also provide some no charge instruction on how to use the WKBank, vastly expanding the WKBank’s reach. The WKBank is a natural adjunct to public libraries around the world.
